Its motivating because Scott provides guidance and instruction plus he

12. I have been working with Scott for about 7 months in
those months
he helped me prepared for my first triathlon and lose almost 70 pounds.
When I first saw Scott on his website I thought, he looks scary I hope
I get ahold of his training partner Jason because he looks much nicer
but as it happened I reached Scott and I have never been happier. He
pushes me in every session but never lets me get discouraged or
unmotivated. He has also become a great friend which is very important

18. After being unhappy with my physical appearance for
about 2 years;
I wondered what I needed to do to get back into shape. I was tired all

to the intensity, Scott's workouts turn into a type of comedy hour.
Nonetheless, after about a month of doing the class three days a week,
I'm in much better cardiovascular shape than I was coming in. There's
no harassment about not being able to keep up and no pressure to do
something you aren't physically able to do. The class is what you make
it, but Scott provides an environment where it's encouraging to come
back several times a week.
22. Guaranteed you don't push yourself hard enough at the
gym... but
Scott will kick your butt and you'll feel it for days. No pain no gain
right? His workouts are do-able on your own, but come in regularly to
get pushed to the limit. You WILL see results FAST. He's tons more
affordable than trainers at a gym and much more fun. Highly
recommended. :)
23. Okay, so i am generally too lazy to work out. Scott
emails and text
messages you to remind you to show up, and then makes sure you really
do. The workouts are great - a combination of cardio, strength, and
endurance. After that, its all up to you!

variety of exercises and techniques into his workouts making sure to

26. I started bootcamp with Scott last summer and loved
it!! It was the
best training that I could have ever got. So after a while I tried to
do it on my own and didn't return to bootcamp until just recently. Get
your ass to bootcamp is what Scott told me on Myspace! You can't get
the same workout on your own. Scott gives you the motivation to work
hard and you leave your session feeling great and accomplished. I like
his workouts because they are fun and you don't even know the time is
passing. Not only do you get a great workout that targets all your
"special needs" areas but you get great advise on how to work sore

27. I have been working out at the Bootcamps with
Scott on

off for about a year! If you need motivation, this is it, he texts you,
emails you before your workout session so that you come! He's a great
guy, great sense of humor, NOT intimidating at all, and he really
listens to your goals and helps you reach them! I lost 10lbs my first
month training with him and more than anything I got in shape and toned
up! Now I am getting married in June (09) and I know he will get me in

28. I've been working out with Scott for almost
two years
now. I
starting seeing muscle definition within a few weeks after my first
workout. After a few months I was able to run a 5k and did 100 push-ups
in a workout. He makes sure you're strengthening your core while you're
working everything else. Scott's methods allowed me to retain my muscle
definition and the majority of my muscle strength when I was unable to
workout for a few weeks due to injuries (completely unrelated to
working out with Scott). Lately I have only been able to workout with
Scott on the weekends but I still feel I get a full workout and
maintaining my muscle strength, tone and definition. I enjoy working
out with him - he really knows his business and he's always creating
new exercises that continue to challenge the body.
29. If you want to get in shape, see actual
results, and not
plateau this is the workout for you. Bootcamp, Group Class or Single
One-on-One are all good. Be prepared as Scott may be for you too
<little inside joke>. He's crass, but has what it takes
to push
your limits incrementally and take you through what you may think as a
difficult thing to do. I started out out of shape, feeling it, looking
it and had to contend with asthma. I have to tell you my body has

is a great trainer! His workouts are different each time, which keeps
our muscles from getting use to a specific routine, and keeps us from

41. So yeah, the title speaks for itself. I do
the boot camp
class Scott offers on Tues/Thurs nights and Saturday mornings. Its
amazing. The first time I tried it, I thought I was going to die :) It
is very intense. However, by continuing to push myself through, I have
gotten progressively better at everything in a very short amount of
time. Scott is extremely engaging...he keeps it fun and interesting the
whole time. He keeps our minds off how "hard" something might be by
telling great stories and making us laugh while we work out. The time
literally flies, and before you know it, class is done, and you feel
great. I highly recommend using Scott if you are looking for a trainer
that can give you the results you want while keeping you excited to
keep going back!
42. I trained with Scott for about 4 months
before I abruptly
had
to move out of town but to this day I still miss his workouts. I had no
weight to lose and just needed to tone up. I've always worked out but
after my first 30-minute workout with him, I felt like a newbie. I felt

43. Started my day at 6:00am. Tough to get out of
bed, but
found
it was well worth it when I arrived at Scott's gym and he was waiting
for me. He is something of a Greek God - with blond hair, dancing eyes
and a dazzling white smile. Woo Hoo!! Scott gave me a tour and showed
me the machines. He took my pulse after five minutes on the treadmill.
He was alarmed that my pulse was so fast, but I attribute it to
standing next to him in his Lycra aerobic outfit. I enjoyed watching
the skillful way in which he conducted his boot camp class after my
workout today. Very inspiring. Scott was encouraging as I did my
sit-ups, although my gut was already aching from holding it in the
whole time he was around. This is going to be a FANTASTIC week!!
44. I am in decent shape, but I have always been
10 pounds
from
where I want to be. I have been working out with Scott for a month and
have hit the weight I want. More importantly, I am doing activities
with people much younger than I without worrying about whether I can
keep up. I am so much stronger already! The classes are tough, but

45. Scott makes a workout entertaining. I always
thought I
couldn't workout for an hour. I use to worked out at the gym on my own
and oh my god I felt like the clock never moved and ended up quitting
after 10 minutes! When you go to Scott's workouts the time flys and you
actually feel like you had a great workout! You'll sweat, be sore the
next day but man it feels wonderful! Scott makes the workout diverse
and MOST of it is affordable! He offers bootcamp workouts, group
training, and personal training. Also, you aren't stuck indoors in a
stuffy room, we actually do some workout outside. He's a MUST!

47. I started going to Scott's boot camp about a
month ago,
and I
can already feel a difference. I'ma triathlete so endurance is very
important for me, and nothing kicks my butt more than boot camp!! The
drills that Scott puts us though force the body to change and adapt. I
feel like I can run faster and cycle harder than I ever could before,
and my times are improving in each sport. I will continue to go to boot
camp as it has now become an integral part of my training!! I highly

48. Scott's boot camps are intense yet effective.
After 3
classes
I noticed a difference in my strength, endurance and weight. He's laid
back but he won't let you slack in class and is very good about
explaining what each exercise focuses on. He also makes sure you are
doing the exercise correctly with good form and intensity. Definitely a
worthwhile class.
49. I hate the gym. All those buff men parading
around and no
conversations with anyone… Scott on the other hand makes
working
out FUN and you will see results. An hour goes by so fast that you end
up motivated to work out for 2 hours.. Plus Scott has an endless amount

hill 5 times too even if it takes you twice as long to do it. And if

55. ive recently started with scott at his boot camps And
all I have to
say are positive things. I have noticed that my legs are much tighter
and my upper body muscle definition has improved! On a much more
personal note...I have greater confidence in my body and myself and my

56. Scott has been a great help to me in trying
to get back

shape. In the months that I have been using Scott, I have increased my

rigid
exercise routine. I started his camp not getting much physical exercise
other than walking and biking. You are able to work at your own pace,

classes can be large, but everyone is friendly and energetic. Highly

Okay, so at the age of 42 I have put on a few pounds. Like, 40 of them.
I was doing a half-assed workout at my gym once or twice a month
(maybe), which meant I was spending about $50 a workout. I finally
cancelled, with the intention of getting up early every morning and
going for a healthy jog. (Yeah, that happened about twice.) I finally
did an online search for Denver Boot Camps, and decided to give Denver
Boot Camps and Trainer Scott a try. I have been attending the
early-morning class twice weekly for about a month now, and I can
already see a decided improvement in my level of fitness. This is an
intense workout. We do a lot of classics such as pushups and situps
mixed with some exercises I had never heard of a month ago (try "Bear
Crawling" up and down a long hallway two or three times at 6am and it

Great Workout, Great Trainer

I have been attending Wash Park boot camp for about two months now and
have noticed a significant improvement in my endurance and muscle tone.
Trainer Scott provides an challenging workout using only free weights
and good ol' fashion calisthenics, exercises which I believe are lost
on your typical gym rat. Not only have I seen physical results, I have
also enjoyed myself most thoroughly. Scott regales us with his often
times hilarious personal stories creating a fun and unintimidating
environment. Not to mention, I have had the pleasure of meeting several
people of all different ages and sizes who share my goals of improving
their health. I emphatically recommend Wash Park Boot Camp if you are
looking for a challenging workout and even a few laughs.

Scott Harwood Is Awesome!!

Scott has been training me for a few months, and I really love it. I
can now button jeans that were impossible before. His 30 minute hard
core workouts are intense, non-stop strength and cardio. I want to give
up, be his motivation and great sense of humor keeps me coming back. I
know that I will reach my goal of losing 30 pounds by January. The fact
that he is so open minded and such a great guy makes it no surprise

Super tough, but fun workout!...

I've never been pushed so hard in my life! Every time I train with
Scott I leave energized, knowing that in the morning I will be sore,
but also knowing that I'm another step closer to reaching my goals. I'm
seeing results so much faster than I had anticipated! In only a few
weeks I already feel stronger. To boot, I've already lost 2+ inches in
such a short amount of time... but with how much his workouts make you
sweat... I'm not surprised! :) I recommend Scott to anyone wanting to
change their life and get fit. Its an easy thing to do with someone as
motivational and funny as him.

signed up for 3 more months. The classes are great and affordable.
Scott brings his knowledge and sense of humor to each class. The
activities vary from class to class, but you are always pushed to your

Phenomenal workout and trainer

I gave birth to my son two years ago, and I was still carrying around
the baby weight, then again, I gained more weight after giving birth. A
confession: I did all sorts of diet, the Acai Berry Diet, Slim Quick,
Slim Fast, Weight Watcher, Campbell Soup Diet, Alli, Blueberry
&
Flax seed diet, Papaya pills diets, so on and on. I guess I wanted to
see results, fast, I lost about 20 pound doing all of the mentioned
diets and then it flat lined. I started biking, walking; I even got the
apps to watch my diet, I cut about 2000 calories from my diet. I would
lose 2-3 pounds and gain it right back over the weekend. Even after
losing 20 pounds, I had floppy arm. If I would have flapped harder and
faster I would have flown, my stomach looked like I was 6 months
pregnant, I felt terrible about my body. In need of serious change, I

When I started working with Scott, I was very out of shape. For the
first two weeks I would end each session puking in their bathroom. But
now, I am getting stronger and find my endurance is increasing. No more
trips to the bathroom. Scott knows when to push you and when to ease up
a bit. I still have a long ways to go before I am in good shape, but I
am getting there, with the help of Scott, slowly and in a healthy
manner. And that is what matters.

Never going back to a gym!

I have been going to Scott's boot-camp for about a month now. I am
relatively athletic, I do a bunch of outdoor activities, and was an
avid gym-goer before joining the boot-camp. This has turned out to be
the most fun I have had workout since I played sports when I was much,
much younger. Scott is encouraging, funny, and informative. The workout
always kicks my butt, but differently from my previous routines, leaves
me energized and looking forward to coming back the next day for more.
The people at the boot-camp all have a great sense of humor, are
welcoming, and fun to be around. I would recommend this to anyone at
any fitness level. You burn a ton of calories, sculpt your muscles, and
increase your cardiovascular endurance. I don't ever want to go back to
a gym again.

motivating me and, well, kicking my butt! The good thing is that he

Trainer Scott ROCKS!

Before starting Trainer Scott's Boot Camp a few months ago, I always
imagined Boot Camp's to be along the lines of the ones I've seen on
Desperate Housewives and in Army movies, with a drill sergeant yelling
at you and just miserable for those who aren't in the best of shape. I
was pleasantly surprised when I started Scott's Boot Camp as he is
nothing like those "Drill Sergeants" that you see depicted on TV, but
instead very entertaining at times. He tends to tell very amusing
stories (whether true or made up is always the question) that help the
time go by while you get in a great workout. Trainer Scott's Boot Camp
was very humbling for me, as I am in good shape, but needed help mixing
up my workouts, and they do the trick, that's for sure! Also, the price
is right for those who do not want to spend a lot of money.

Denver's Best Bootcamp

I highly recommend Scott's Washington Park bootcamp! Before starting
Scott's bootcamp I felt I was in pretty good shape, but my body had
reached a "plateau"--I was frustratingly no longer seeing any results
from my workouts. Scott's workouts are constantly changing, thus
producing faster results. I have lost 10 pounds and have really toned
up in the past 3 months, and remember this is someone who thought she
was in pretty good shape to begin with! Even in a large group of
various fitness levels, Scott finds ways to individualize my workout.
So, if you are looking for a tough workout that WILL produce results
and want to have fun at the same time, then this is the bootcamp for
you!!!

Worst Bootcamp in Denver, But Cheapest

You pay for what you get. I've done four different boot camps in
Denver; Genesis' boot camp, Powerhouse Fitness' boot camp, CorePower
Yoga's boot camp and Scott's boot camp. Yes, you'll get a work out. But
in terms of overall knowledge and caliber of his circuits, it's very
basic training. Which makes sense, as I think Scott's background is in
basic training from being in the military. I'm not sure if he's
received personal training accreditation, so overall fitness concepts
are dated. I almost felt like I may hurt myself with his military-style
techniques. I went back to the more expensive boot camps as they are
worth the extra cost for better instruction.

I dropped my gym membership and trainer to workout with Scott and his
boot camp. It feels great to exercise outside rather than run on a
treadmill for a change. The workout is challenging and I'm seeing great

I have been training with Scott for 4 months now and have gotten great
results! Having someone to be held accountable to makes sticking with
an exercise program much easier and you will push yourself further than
you ever would on your own. You absolutely will not find a personal
trainer for less anywhere in Denver. But do not let his prices fool you
- the classes Scott teaches are effective and tough! He will not let
anyone get away with doing less than their best. If everyone else runs
up the hill 5 times he expects you to run up the hill 5 times too even
if it takes you twice as long to do it. And if you are not laughing by
the end of the class there is something wrong with you! If you have
been considering signing up for bootcamp or personal training classes
by Scott, I encourage you to just try it. You will not regret
it!

And all I have to say are positive things. I have noticed that my legs
are much tighter and my upper body muscle definition has improved! On a
much more personal note...I have greater confidence in my body and
myself and my sex life feels as if its gained quite a boost. If you're

Scott has been a great help to me in trying to get back into shape. In
the months that I have been using Scott, I have increased my strength
and endurance by a considerable amount. Scott is also very innovative
when it comes to his programs by mixing up his workouts. He offers
great advice on nutrition and really can answer anything that is on
your mind. Other than the fact that he is a Braves fan, he is a great
trainer and a really good guy.

Despite our age difference & stamina, Scott kept us both moving

and barely made it through the first class. But I've been attending

I have been training with Trainer Scott for two years now. It's always
a fun workout, something different every time you train. When he moved
to his location, I can honestly say that I just dreaded "The hill" now
I can say, I love it when we have to run it, it gets your cadio going
and that is what's needed to burn! I would highly recommend Trainer
Scott if you are looking for a good, exciting, never boring workout.

I have been so impressed with Scott's bootcamp classes that I am about
to sign up for my third month! With a tight budget and a tricky work
schedule this class has been the best opportunity for me to get a
really great workout consistently at an affordable rate. Scott changes

Killer but Fun workout!

Scott's bootcamp is an awesome workout and you feel the results! He
makes the hour go by fast with stories and jokes and mixes up each
session to be different from the last. It's also extremely affordable
compared to other area bootcamps and the times available are super
convenient.

LOVE this Boot camp!

I absolutely love this boot camp. I have been going for a little over a
month and can already see and feel a difference! Scott is GREAT! He is
really good at what he does AND he makes the class soo much fun. I
would reccomend this boot camp to anyone! It's a blast, PLUS a great
workout!

LOVE this Boot camp!

My partner and I have been working out with Scott Harwood since
January, 2008. Scott has been very motivational to work out with. His
workouts are very fast paced and consistently work out various muscle
groups. He has been excellent at both helping you reach your individual
goals and maintaining those goals. His workouts are always varied so
that the muscle groups have a variety of of ways to become fatigued and
keep your workouts interesting. His background in the marines has
continued in his collaboration with other trainers to keep Scott
current on his training techniques. Scott has always remained flexible
to accommodate our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Scott for

If you want results, hire Scott!

I hired Scott for 10 sessions of individual training. I have never
worked as hard, but I have also never seen such results. Scott has a
great ability to keep you moving from one exercise to the next, all
with a plan of targeting the same set of muscles to generate massive
results. After three sessions I noticed physical changes in my body,
specifically muscle gain. After ten sessions, I was stronger, leaner,
and in better cardiovascular shape. I highly recommend Scott and am
looking forward to moving into his Boot Camp classes in the next few
weeks. If you are looking for a real trainer and not just a poser, pick
up the phone or email Scott right now. You will not be
disappointed.

This was my first ever bootcamp. It was amazing! Scott is a great
trainer, always with great stories to help make time fly. I've always
struggled with weights, and Scott's class toned me up in no time. I
highly recommend his class and plan to start up again soon.

Master Swimmer

I'ma 44 year old Masters Swimmer and was never properly instructed on
how to navigate the weight room. Gym memberships etc. I was looking to
enhance my performance in the water by doing something different on
land. I found that with Scott Harwood, 2 intense workouts per week
coupled with my swim routine 4 times a week and Scott has help me gain
strength, endurance, and size....2 inches on nonexistent biceps, 1 inch
on my chest, and almost 2 inches from my waistline. But the most
important thing it's given me is CONFIDENCE.

Got back into my old clothes

I worked out with Scott Harwood 3x/wk for 1 month before returning back
to work following maternity leave. My goal was to regain muscle tone
and fit into my pre-pregnancy professional wardrobe. Scott's workout
constantly challenged me. The entire hour was used and I felt I was
getting my money's worth 100%. I increased my strength and jump started
my metabolism very quickly.

Great workout each and every time!

I played college soccer and thought I was in great shape while I was
doing that 5 years ago. I belonged to several gyms in the denver area
and now have joined this boot camp, I have been working with Scott for
2 months and I never felt better. His boot camp has built my endurance
up, stamina up, and strength up for just an 1hour a day 4 times a week,
its a great way to train. I did not think that I could get back to my
soccer playing shape, but Im getting closer to where I want to be with
his help. There are days when your motivation may not be there, but
Scott does a great job of pushing you to perform at a high level. I
would highly recommend this boot camp.

Boot Camp class is great...

Since then, I have been getting in better shape each week. I have been
going for 5 weeks now, and already have gained 5 pounds in lean muscle.

Boot Camp class is great...

Scott Harwood is a Superstar!

I joined up 3 weeks ago and I have all ready lost 6 lbs and 1.5 inches
off my waist. I have energy and I really feel good. Just this week I
have had many compliments from my co-workers. They tell me that I look
happy and full of energy. They have also noticed that I have lost
weight. I can't tell you how happy that makes me. It has been a long
time since someone has paid me a compliment. Scott is very encouraging
and he constantly pushes you to not give up and to work harder to see
better results. He does make the class interesting by changing the
routine every workout. That is what keeps me coming back.I look forward
to seeing more results as I progress in my workouts. I feel confident

I had a choice of getting old and feeling worse or try and reverse the
aging process and feel younger. I have worked out over the years. I ran
the Boulder Boulder 2 years in row , 3 to 4 years ago and beat up my
body in the process. I tried the club's (YMCA, Bally's, working out
with friends and running). Well they all got old. After separating my
shoulder I laid off working out for three years. I tried to get back
into the work out thing again and it was to hard to get to a strong
workout by myself. In looking for a massage and in the hopes of feeling
better and I ran across Scott's boot camp ad, bingo! I have not tried
that yet. I went to college instead of the military and always wanted
to get a book camp workout. Well I'm starting my 6th week,. I feel
great. I feel 10 years younger. The whole body work out it provides has

Prepare to sweat and get in shape

When I started attending the Denver Boot Camp I was out of shape and
couldn't do more than one rep of certain exercises. After only a few
weeks I know that I am getting stronger because I see the improvement
I'm making with each class by how many reps or how long I can do each
exercise. Don't get me wrong: the class is hard, but it really is
doable for all fitness levels.

Scott is the Best trainer that I have ever had. He makes an hour of
Hardcore training go by quick, with an awesome personality, down to
earth sence of humor, and a great training method. The hardcore way he
makes you train is really worth the work. I have lost alot of pounds,
and inches, plus have alot more self confidence and love the new look.

The missing link to the balance...

The Denver Boot Camp Classes have been a heaven sent! I have been
looking for some type of fun work out activity to create a balance
between enjoying good food and staying/getting in shape. I have
attended the classes for 4 weeks and thus far have lost 5 pounds and
1/2 inch in my waist! I look forward to the class everyday and when I
get there I have a blast as well as bust a serious sweat! Scott is so
much fun and he knows what he's talking about when it comes to fitness.
His fantastic personality and silly stories help the time to go by.
These classes are fantastic and I look forward to the possibilities!

"Personal" training at a...

A challenging workout for every fitness level! Each time I go to class
I know I am going to get a great workout and push myself. Scott takes a
personal interest in each member from their first day and the class is
funny and lighthearted. It makes you forget how hard you are working.
You see many of the same faces in class, if you continue to go, and we
all push eachother to work harder but also support eachother on the
really tough days! A great investment whether you are a fitness veteran
or a beginner looking to get back in shape.

Lose inches quickly

you hard, but it's well worth it and you will notice a difference
pretty quickly. I didn't change my diet that much, and I still saw the

just to get you to laugh.....Well, after a while, he grows on you. You
start looking forward to boot camp just because you know you'll laugh.
Yes, he likes to torture you with arduous exercises, but you get
results. Before you know it, your ass will want its own tiara!

Best trainer!

I trained with Scott for about 4 months before I abruptly had to move
out of town but to this day I still miss his workouts. I had no weight
to lose and just needed to tone up. I've always worked out but after my
first 30-minute workout with him, I felt like a newbie. I felt muscles
that I never even knew I had. I quickly toned up and to this day I
still haven't seen results as fast as I did back when I trained with
him. He's super funny and time flies when you're working out with him.
If I ever move back to Denver, he'll definitely see my face again! Hire
him as your trainer, you won't regret it! Scott, move up north so you
can train me! Pretty please!

Affordable, entertaining workouts!

Scott makes a workout entertaining. I always thought I couldn't workout
for an hour. I use to worked out at the gym on my own and oh my god I
felt like the clock never moved and ended up quitting after 10 minutes!
When you go to Scott's workouts the time flys and you actually feel
like you had a great workout! You'll sweat, be sore the next day but
man it feels wonderful! Scott makes the workout diverse and MOST of it
is affordable! He offers bootcamp workouts, group training, and
personal training. Also, you aren't stuck indoors in a stuffy room, we
actually do some workout outside. He's a MUST!

Run, don't walk, to work out with Scott!

I am in decent shape, but I have always been 10 pounds from where I
want to be. I have been working out with Scott for a month and have hit
the weight I want. More importantly, I am doing activities with people
much younger than I without worrying about whether I can keep up. I am
so much stronger already! The classes are tough, but Scott makes the
time fly with silly stories and guessing games about the songs playing
or other current events. It is also really good meeting up with a whole
bunch of others who are all working hard and having fun along the way.
Scott could charge so much more because of the high value, but the
price is so reasonable, I wish so many more people would learn about it
and join the workouts. Scott is working to make Denver a bunch of the
toughest bad asses around!

Love boot camp!

I started going to Scott's boot camp about a month ago, and I can
already feel a difference. I'ma triathlete so endurance is very
important for me, and nothing kicks my butt more than boot camp!! The
drills that Scott puts us though force the body to change and adapt. I
feel like I can run faster and cycle harder than I ever could before,
and my times are improving in each sport. I will continue to go to boot
camp as it has now become an integral part of my training!! I highly
recommend the class to anyone who is seeking a new challenge and wants
to take it to the next level.

Excellent boot camp

Scott's boot camps are intense yet effective. After 3 classes I noticed
a difference in my strength, endurance and weight. He's laid back but
he won't let you slack in class and is very good about explaining what
each exercise focuses on. He also makes sure you are doing the exercise
correctly with good form and intensity. Definitely a worthwhile
class.

Scott is an awesome trainer. He always pushes you to your limit. Which
is great, because I would never ever be motivated enough to do that
many reps on my own. It's been difficult for me to find a trainer that
was "tough" enough to challenge me every time. Scott is that

So yeah, the title speaks for itself. I do the boot camp class Scott
offers on Tues/Thurs nights and Saturday mornings. Its amazing. The
first time I tried it, I thought I was going to die :) It is very
intense. However, by continuing to push myself through, I have gotten
progressively better at everything in a very short amount of time.
Scott is extremely engaging...he keeps it fun and interesting the whole
time. He keeps our minds off how "hard" something might be by telling
great stories and making us laugh while we work out. The time literally
flies, and before you know it, class is done, and you feel great. I
highly recommend using Scott if you are looking for a trainer that can
give you the results you want while keeping you excited to keep going
back!

Scott trained me at my house

I have trained regularly with Scott Harwood for three months. I'm
grateful for the fact that Scott will schedule in advance, is
invariably punctual, and always pleasant and companionable. he tailors
the approach and regimen to the client's age, body type, and personal
goals. his detailed recall of each training session prepares him to
ensure every session varied and progressive, in that results are
compounded because of the inability of any muscle, or group of muscles,
to become pattern-conditioned. I highly recommend Scott to anyone of
any age for physical fitness training.

I hate the gym. All those buff men parading around and no conversations
with anyone… Scott on the other hand makes working out FUN
and
you will see results. An hour goes by so fast that you end up motivated
to work out for 2 hours.. Plus Scott has an endless amount of stories
to tell and it's a lot of bang for your buck. Ask him about Boot

I am the associate manager for the Mind Body Sole in Cherry
Creek,
and part of our job is to get out into the community to find various
fitness activities. We decided to take Scott's bootcamp. My staff and I
absolutely loved him! His workout is definitely hard (we were all
REALLY sore today), but his jokes made the time pass a little easier.
Many of the members of my staff will be making this a regular thing.
Personally, I workout several times a week and felt it in areas that I
haven't in a while! He is worth every single penny!

Scott's
personal training is one of the best I have found! He has worked with
my son and done an excellent job, not only as a trainer but an
excellent mentor. We will be going to Scott for years to come! The
atmosphere is very inviting and motivating! I highly recomend him to

The
perfect solution!! I'm getting married very soon. I had been looking
for a group to workout with and found Scott's boot camp. It was the
perfect solution: a great, tough, knowledgeable trainer, tough workouts
that are going to get me to my goal, a great group of people to workout
with, and an affordable price. Scott make all the workouts funny and
tough. I know that I've done an effective workout at his boot camp and
I have fun doing it. I especially like the variety of the exercises we
do. It keeps the body working and the mind sharp. I am consistently
finding out just how much stronger I am at every workout.

Scott's bootcamp is great! The workout is challenging but rewarding, I
highly recommend it!
2. In my house we have a treadmill,
free weights, exercise balls and all sorts of other things to help you
stay in shape. The problem is I'm kind of lazy when left up to my own
devices. Being lazy hasn't hindered me in the past, but recently I've
upset my metabolism with all the eating out and drinking. (I think some
of you may feel my pain?) So, I've been watching this group of people
run up and down the hill by my house, then do push-ups, squats, bear
crawls, and a million other exercises under the direction of one man.
After a while of watching I made up my mind to head down the hill and
see what all this movement was about.
Turns out
Trainer Scott operates a boot camp 5 days a week at Wash Park (at
Downing and Ohio). Monday through Thursday at 7 pm and Saturday
mornings at 10 am. You can go to all 5 of these classes for $75 a
month. It's almost like he doesn't give you a reason to not sign up. So
I did.
The first hour-long class I thought I was
going to die. I almost threw up 3 times and I almost passed out 4. I
know, I know. You are probably thinking why did I go back? Well, I may
be exaggerating about what I felt, but that's because this workout
seriously kicked my ass. Like, I could barely roll out of bed the next
day because all my muscles were so very sore.
I
am really enjoying the classes though. Scott has a way of making time
fly while making you sweat your guts out. And each time I feel myself
getting a little stronger. And that is a very fantastic feeling. Plus,
I've been going for about 3 weeks now and I still feel the soreness
from working my muscles so hard and I think my belt is getting loser
even.
3. I highly reccommend Scott's personal training and
bootcamps. I love that I get a great workout for a cheap price. He does
a wonderful job pushing you to your limits and makes the time go by
quickly. You won't be dissappointed.
4. Scott's bootcamp is
great! He pushes you and challenges you to really work and
get yourself into gear. After the first few classes I went to
I felt it like crazy (but in a good, can't wait to go back kind of
way). Best of all, Scott makes the classes fun and he
switches up the workout so you're not doing the same routine over and
over again. He is fun and not only do you work those hard to
get spots for an hour, you also tend to be smiling at the same time.
Scott being a comedian on the side makes the hour go by much
faster, the cost seem more worth while, and makes it easier to get
yourself to go back over and over agan. Definitely recomend it!

Scott's bootcamp is a find. Hands down the best deal in
Denver. It's the best place to get the most out of an hour
workout without having to empty your wallet. Highly recommend.

push yourself this hard on your own. I have been attending
this program since April and feel like I am in the best shape of my
life. Scott is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend
this boot camp.

He does a great job of pushing you hard, but at the same time
being sensitive to everyone's individual skill levels. I
thought I was going to die the first time I went, but attending his
boot camps is oddly addicting, and worthwhile. Great
location, great workout, great prices!

You will work out harder than you ever would on your own, and
it's actually fun! I've enjoyed meeting new people and
working out with them each day. It really is the best choice
when choosing a fitness regimen, I actually feel and see results in the
few months I have been working out at boot camp. Scott's boot
camp is designed for people at any level of physical fitness.
I would recommend Scott and his boot camp to anyone that is
interested in getting in shape, losing weight, staying in shape, or
just wanting to have fun! So get off your butt and go to
boot camp!

Scott for close to two years now. I have worked with him to
loose several pounds (and keep them off) and build up my core strength
and tone up. I have received numerous compliments as to how
well I look! (Which is always nice to hear!) I appreciate the
fact that Scott takes the time to individualize what I need to work on
and changes the work out routine to work all areas. If you
want to experience a challenging workout and see results......I highly

training with Scott for a little over a year now, participating in both
bootcamp and group training sessions. The classes are great
and affordable. Scott brings his knowledge and sense of humor to each
class. The activities vary from class to class, but you are always
pushed to your limit. You meet fun people and see results in a short
amount of time. After going to other gyms and working with other
trainers in Denver I can honestly say this is the best training in the
city.

I started Scott's boot camp because law school and law school-related
stresses were not kind to my figure...and I have absolutely no ability
to get myself to work out at a gym or anywhere for that matter. :) So,
I went into Scott's camp thinking that I would make a couple of classes
and struggle through it. However, Scott is hilarious, and he
keeps you motivated (and lies to you about how much time has passed) so
you keep pushing hard until the end! I actually got
distracted enough by the ridiculous story-telling to make it through a
month's worth of workouts, and I felt awesome. The work outs
are really tough, and Scott keeps pushing you, but he seems to know the
difference between when you actually have nothing left to give and when
you are just being lazy. I will soon be signing up for more,
and I definitely recommend him to anyone of any level.

Trainer Scott's great! I've been working out in a group setting with
him for over 9 months. My fitness level has increased dramatically and
I'm all around much healthier...and smaller! Scott always
creates a challenging and fun environment for working out. He pushes
you, when you wouldn't push yourself. I highly recommend

with my schedule, if you are looking to increase energy and gain the
benefits of working hard to look good then I would highly suggest this

23. I started going to bootcamp a few months back and
immediately fell in love with it. the fast pace workouts give you
noticeable results instantly. I had more energy and was able to see the
difference in my clothes and overall body image. Scott keeps the
workouts moving quick with his crazy stories and hilarious antics. He
helps you to not focus on the workout itself, which is great
for those days where motivation is just lacking a bit. I moved recently
and haven't found anything like this bootcamp!!! It is worth every
penny and I highly recommend it!
24. That was a workout.. I
couldn't believe it and it felt great. (Even when I was sore the next
day...) Scott was great and everyone else in the boot camp! I can't
wait to go back and I'm so glad he has a drop in rate for out of
towners who need their workout!!

bootcamps and personal training sessions are awesome. He
keeps the workouts fun and interesting (haven't had to hit a treadmill
yet) but kicks your ass. I may actually be able to get back
into my high school soccer shape at this rate! As well, the convienient
after work and Saturday times make it hard to find an excuse to miss.
